Nishadh Kalladath is a NORCAP expert in Data Science and Machine Learning at the IGAD Climate Prediction and Applications Centre (ICPAC). His work focuses on developing and operationalising impact-based forecasting and epistemic risk assessment for Eastern Africa to strengthen early warning and disaster risk decision-making.
